If your order a piece that costs more than 150USD tho, you can opt for paying half upfront and half after the sketch approval.• You need to be able to provide visual references (for characters, clothes, lighting and poses – preferentially– and background). The more references you send more likely I'll be able to execute your idea in an accurate way :) The refs can be drawings, aesthetic boards, photos, scribbles etc.• All comissions are for personal use only. You're not allowed to make money off my art in ANY way, either reselling it or using it commercially to promote a brand/business of yours.
• Only 2 major changes allowed during the sketch phase. Additional or late changes will have an extra cost (unless a mistake of my part has been made).• I have the right to refuse any order that makes me uncomfortable.• I'll send you WIPs (unless you dont want).• You need to be +18 to ask for something nsfw and/or nudity• Please specify if you have a deadline!• refund amount is discussable. You as customer have the right to:
repost my commission in whenever social media you like (crediting me)
print the art to use as decoration, use it as wallpaper- whatever personal use you want.
You CAN'T:
Erase my signature
claim the art as your own
alter/edit my work without consent
you shoudn't upload my art to any A.I. site or program.
As the artist I reserve the right to:
post the artwork online in my social media
use it as portifolio and/or to promote myself. (If you want your commission to be private pls tell me beforehand).
